ORANGE, CA -- Xi Electronics LLC has acquired C.J. Rogers Electronics, Inc., a Southern California electronics manufacturer with more than 50 years of experience, as founder Carol Rogers retires from the industry. The company will operate as Xi Electronics under the leadership of president and owner Ankit Goti. The acquisition combines C.J. Rogers Electronics' established manufacturing operations, workforce and customer relationships with plans to expand technology, automation and production capabilities. Goti brings more than a decade of experience in PCB manufacturing, electronics assembly, quality systems and process improvement. An IEEE Senior Member, he also participates in IPC standards development, including the IPC-A-600 Task Group, and has experience with IPC-6012, ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements. The existing C.J. Rogers Electronics team will remain with the company, maintaining continuity in manufacturing operations, product quality and customer service. Based in Orange, California, Xi Electronics provides SMT and through-hole PCB assembly, mixed-technology assembly, prototyping, new product introduction support and production manufacturing. Under its new leadership, the company plans to invest in advanced manufacturing equipment, automation and quality systems to support future growth.
